No, you can't. It's not allocated and neither do you have equipment approval, aka NBTC sticker, for such rigs. Same with 50MHz.

Hi there.
Thanks for that information. I'm not surprised we can't use it here.
I have been doing some testing on my antenna here but as the band so so bad at the moment I can't make any contacts at all.
It's been some time since I have had my radio working and can't remember when and what frequency the frang net is on.
I think it was on 14.250 and on wednesday evenings?????

Hi all. Do we have all the band on 80 meters now 3.5 to 3.6????
If so I'm going to start using it as the noise level here it not to bad.
I have been working on my antenna here and it looks like I can get it work at 80 to 30 meters now.
