I just spoke to Mike's XYL and the funeral rites (Buddhist prayers) will be at Wat Jaeng Charoen Dorn, in Talad Nong Mon, Bang Saen for three days - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7.30 p.m. while the cremation will be at the temple on Saturday at 4 p.m.
He had been suffering from cancer which caused kidney failure and this was the cause of death, which occurred at Samitivej Sri Racha Hospital.
 May he rest in peace.

Temple location details:

The nightly Buddhist prayers for Mike, HS0ZHS, are at Sala Sri Sumlarng Tengjee-oh at Wat Chaeng Charoen Don in Bang Saen at 7.30 p.m. These began this evening (Wednesday) and will continue on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, the cremation will take place at the temple at 4 p.m.
Directions: Drive to Bang Saen (just beyond Chon Buri), and at the major intersection that leads to Bang Saen Beach, immediately before Nong Mon Market, turn right. After 220 metres turn left at the next intersection into Mitsamphan Road. The entrance to the wat is a further 260 metres on the right and the sala is at the far end after you turn right again inside the compound.
