Well everybody isn't employed by RAST and have QRL to do as well so please be a little patient and you will get your reply - I' am sure!
Even the post above shows the correct email ID so why not to contact the given email adresses!!

If you are in the database as official RAST lifetime member than there will be no issue to renew the membership card - fee involved for re-issuing the card -
However there are some cases around membership fee was paid to unofficial persons and never reached RAST so this OM's unfortunately aren't official members. If this is the case than the only choice will be to apply for new membership!

Dear member or friend of RAST, The July monthly meeting of the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King (RAST) will be take place on Sunday, July 3 at Sena Place Hotel in Phaholyothin Soi 11 from 11.30 a.m. onwards when a buffet lunch will be available. All RAST members and any radio amateurs visiting Thailand are invited to attend the meeting when QSL cards provided by RAST Bureau Manager and Secretary Champ, E21EIC, will be available. Meanwhile, RAST's Registrar, J.C. Goi, E20NKB will be on hand to answer any questions regarding the need for RAST's membership records to be updated for licensed members. It is now a requirement of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) that all licensed amateur radio operators in Thailand be a member of an amateur radio society and more details about this requirement can be found at the RAST websites, both in English and in Thai. At the meeting RAST President Jakkree (Jack), HS1FVL will bring those present up to date with a report about amateur radio activities in Thailand, including the June 18 Advanced Class exam, the first time this exam has been conducted in Thailand. A summary of RAST's participation with a booth in the main hall of the Friedrichshafen Ham Fair in Germany will also be made, along with an announcement about plans for a RAST team to operate in the IARU HF Championships with the callsign E2HQ on the weekend of July 9-10 from the HS0AC club station at the Asian Institute of Technology. 73  Tony, HS0ZDX   RAST Liaison Officer

Have a couple of them to let go, I know it's rare to find gold dust :) .

First come, first serve, collect in Hang Dong or mail, not sure how much for the latter.

Dear member or friend of RAST,

Thailand's regulator, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, now requires that everyone with a Thai amateur radio licence must be a member of an amateur radio society and that all foreigners with an HS0Zxx callsign need to be a life member of the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand under the patronage of His Majesty the King (RAST). RAST President Jakkree (Jack) Hantongkom, HS1FVL announced this at the June 5, 2016 RAST meeting and informed those present that the society is now updating its records to comply with an NBTC request for information about its members. As such, the society is now asking its expatriate members who hold an HS0Zxx callsign to urgently provide the following information by email to or to

  • -- a scan or a copy of their passport (or Thai ID card if you have one);
  • -- a scan or a copy of their HS0Zxx amateur radio licence;
  • -- a scan or a copy of their RAST membership card.
(If you do not have access to a scanner, close-up photographs of these documents should suffice). The subject line of the email should include the words "information update" and the sender's full name and callsign. All foreign members of RAST possessing a Thai amateur radio licence are asked to comply with this request

before June 30, 2016

and if you know of any such member who has not received this information by email could you please forward it to them or let them know.
In addition, there are some foreigners who hold a Thai amateur radio licence who are either not a member of RAST or who did not obtain life membership when they joined and whose membership has since expired.
Under the new regulations, as noted, life membership of an amateur radio society is a requirement to hold a Thai amateur radio licence and consequently any foreigner who is not a life member of RAST could forfeit their licence. If this applies to you (or to anyone that you know), please apply to join the RAST as a life member by downloading the application form or by filling in the online application form here. In addition, if your licence has expired details as to how to renew it can be found at the RAST English-language website. RAST would like to thank everyone for complying with this request and the society regrets any inconvenience that may be involved.

Sent on behalf of RAST Registrar Acting 2nd Lt Neeranuch Muangamphan (JC Goi), E20NKB.
